This picture was taken at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem in Bethlehem, PA.
I always take individual portraits of the couple on the wedding day in addition to taking portraits of them together. This is an image I took of the bride, Elizabeth, in the 1741 Terrace Room adjacent to the hotel lobby. Elizabeth especially liked the curved palladium windows in this room and so I wanted to incorporate them as the background.
Elizabeth is a dancer and singer so I wanted to show some of that in the way she was standing and holding her bouquet. It's a more animated way of standing and I wanted to create a sense of movement in this photo to show her experience as an entertainer.
