The first dance at the wedding reception is such a beautiful way to start the evening celebration. The couple is surrounded by their family and friends watching over them and sharing their love and support.
In this photograph the bride and groom, Jennifer and Cody, are laughing uncontrollably during their first dance. I don't know what they were laughing at but I can't help but smile when I see this picture. These are the kinds of moments I want to photograph at a wedding reception. I would never want to intrude on this and ask the couple to smile at the camera. That's not the kind of wedding photographer I choose to be and I would rather moments like this to unfold naturally.
