Towards the end of their portrait session, we went to the front of the venue. The facade of Vault 634 is really beautiful and a great place to take pictures. I asked them to hold hands and walk up the stairs and thought it acted as a metaphor for the next steps in their lives together. I always ask my couples where they would like to take pictures so that the environment around them in their photography has a personal connection. I always want there to be a story that relates to the couple I'm photographing.
