During a wedding reception, there are a number of special events. Specifically, there are different traditional dances. The bride and groom, bride and bride, or groom and groom, will have a dance usually right after the reception introductions. Additionally there will be parent dances too.
The bride and groom in this picture, Charlette and Quinn, are sharing their first dance and the expressions on their faces say so much. They are both looking over towards their family and friends and they are so incredibly happy. It's a celebratory picture that was enhanced even more from the uplighting at Woodstone Country Club. It's a very important part of my job as a wedding photographer top be able to anticipate these kinds of moments and to capture them through my camera and lens.
